We deliver every Monday between 5pm and 9pm, helping you prepare for the week ahead. You’ll receive a text message on the day with your delivery time slot. If our standard schedule changes, we’ll let you know well in advance.

Delivery is completely free! We don’t believe in hidden fees at checkout.

Our cut off time to order for the upcoming week is Thursday at 11:59pm. Any orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following week.

Every order is securely packed inside insulated boxes with chilled gel packs, keeping your meals fresh and cool for up to 24 hours. To ensure your food arrives safely, we kindly ask that you leave specific instructions for our driver at checkout.

We do not offer a collection service. To ensure maximum food safety, we deliver all your meals straight to your doorstep completely free of charge.

Meals

Freshness is our top priority! Everything on our menu is cooked from scratch on Monday and delivered the very same day.

Our meals will keep perfectly in the fridge for up to 5 days. As shelf life varies from meal to meal, check the individual use-by dates on your containers to enjoy them at their best!

Sure, while our meals are designed to be enjoyed fresh for maximum flavour and texture, they are perfectly safe to freeze. We recommend doing so on the day of delivery and defrosting them fully in the fridge before reheating.

Our meals typically take 3–4 minutes in the microwave. For best results, keep the lid loosely on and give the food a good stir halfway through. Be sure to check the individual label instructions and remember to remove any cold extras beforehand.

Absolutely, just transfer your meal into an oven-safe dish or tray and heat it thoroughly in the oven or on the hob until piping hot throughout.

Unfortunately, we can’t change individual ingredients within our recipes. Our menu changes each week and is carefully curated to ensure every single portion is perfectly balanced and packed with flavour. We highly recommend checking the full ingredients list under each item before placing your order.

Not just yet, but we’re working on it! It’s incredibly important to us to offer something for everyone, so introducing plant-based options is firmly on our radar for when we expand our menu beyond our initial 6 options per week. Right now, we’re focusing our attention on creating premium, high-protein meat and fish dishes.

You can easily update your order details, including your meal selections or delivery address, by logging into your account at any time before the Thursday deadline at 11:59pm.

We understand that plans change! You can absolutely cancel your order with us any time before the deadline. While we don't issue cash refunds, the full amount will be credited straight to your account to use on your next order. Please note that if you cancel after the deadline, your order is locked in for production, and we unfortunately won't be able to offer a credit or refund.

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we want to fix it for you right away! Please get in touch with our team at hello@gimmie.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

While we maintain strict hygiene standards and follow rigorous cross-contamination prevention procedures in our kitchen, our meals are prepared in a facility that handles all major allergens. If you have a severe, life-threatening allergy, we recommend against ordering from Gimmie, as we cannot 100% guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
